The Art & Science of Coaching of Erickson College in Bulgaria again

Recognized in more than 30 countries and attended by over 15 000 participants,  The  Art & Science of Coaching  of Erickson College  will have the first group of 20+ certified coaches graduate in Bulgaria in September this year. Erickson College and Consulteam HCB are now glad to invite professionals eager to develop as outstanding coaches to join the new group of The Art & Science of Coaching  that starts in Sofia in October 2012.

The Art and Science of Coaching is an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited accelerated learning program designed to build mastery in coaching. It is ideal for leaders, managers and professionals who want to benefit from proven coaching techniques and developed practice.

The course is delivered by international trainers who are conscientious, highly skilled coaches, and dynamic presenters.

Training duration is 16 days split into 4 modules as follows:

Module 1: Coaching Foundations, October 11-14

Module 2: Creative Solutions Finding, November 16-19

Module 3: Core Value Coaching, December 7-10

Module 4: Completion & Integration, January 23-26

Classes end with coach certification that supports the development of  professional coaching practice within or outside of corporate environment and is a base for further ICF coach accreditation.

The tuition and enrolment terms are exclusive for Bulgaria. Special offer is provided for early enrolment until 15 August. Booking closes at 14 September 2012. Seats are limited.
