IX Annual HR awards of BHRMDA’2011 for successfully implemented projects

On December 16th, the Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association- BHRMDA held the IX Annual HR awards of the association for successfully implemented projects within the Human Resources area. Sixteen projects took part in the competition, divided in five categories.

Winner within the first category- “ Learning and Training” is Bella Bulgaria. The award in “Succession Management” was given to VIVACOM. Within “Organizational Architecture and Design”, there were two winners; both won the maximum of points through the selection process. These are Hewlett-Packard Global Delivery Center Bulgaria and XS Software AD. MobilTel AD is the winner at the fourth category- “Engagement Management” . Last award, at the “Corporate Social Responsibility” category, went to COCA-COLA HBC Bulgaria. The ceremony took place at the “No Mercy” club in Sofia, within the Christmas party of BHRMDA.
