New Cleves project – opening mid-2012

Cleves www.cleves.bg has acquired a new block of 21 stylish apartments near the centre of Sofia in a deal valued at €4.8m. "Cleves Blvd Residence", as it will be known, is 5 minutes' drive from the Cathedral at the junction of Madrid Blvd and Cherkovna Str.

Newly built, it has shops, a café, and beauty facilities on site, and extensive underground parking. At Cleves Blvd Residence the company is creating a range of luxury 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom rental apartments and fitting them out to a high specification.

The Cleves design team has completed the planning, and fit-out will begin shortly. All units will have handcrafted kitchens. Both air-conditioning and central heating are being installed in every unit, as are Wi-fi, flat-screen TVs with cable access, and a full security system. Each will have its own underground parking space with direct elevator access to the living areas. The project will open for rent mid-2012.
