Procedures on Implementation of TADT Seminar

AmCham Public Affairs and Advocacy Committee and PricewaterhouseCoopers offer to the members a seminar on the procedures for the implementation of the Treaty for Avoidnace of Double Taxation between the USA and Bulgaria. The purpose of the event is to offer practical service and guidance to member companies and individuals in the first year of TADT enforcement.

 Commercial Register Reform Roundtable

AmCham is organizing a business roundtable to discuss measures for the optimization of the commercial registration in Bulgaria on November 20th, 2009 in Stara Zagora. At the event AmCham will present three different surveys and studies to serve as a basis for discussion with the business community and the representatives of the Registry Agency. The purpose of the roundtable is to agree on proposed legal amendments in the context of the upcoming parliamentary hearings on the Law on the COmmercial Register.

AmCham BoD to meet with Deputy Minister of Economy

AmCham Board of Directors will meet with Evgeni Angelov, Deputy Minister of Economy, Energy and Investments, to discuss issues and proposals regarding Mr. ANgelov's portfolio: economy and investments.
